: Fit-Out Project Supervisor / Site Coordinator Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 7,500 – 12,500 / month (depending on experience and certification) Job Responsibilities: Assist in managing fit-out and interior projects for residential and commercial properties Supervise on-site works, ensuring quality, safety, and project timelines Coordinate with contractors, designers, suppliers, and internal teams Oversee site teams and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications Track material usage, equipment delivery, and daily progress Support project budget tracking, reporting, and documentation Assist in project handover and close-out procedures Requirements: Diploma or above in Construction, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in site management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role Familiar with Dubai’s fit-out standards, DM & Trakheesi regulations preferred Valid engineering or site safety certification preferred: UAE-recognized Civil or MEP Engineering Certificate Site Safety Certification (if available) equivalent is a plus Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are a plus We Offer: Stable employment with long-term project pipeline Legal UAE employment visa Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Opportunity for promotion to project manager or operations lead Contact me: +971 479 1774
