Brand Activation Guest Engagement Assistant (Part-Time / Flexible)

About Us We are launching BEAT — a new premium guest connection and venue engagement platform starting with Dubai’s top lifestyle destinations. Our first anchor venue is a Beach Club on West Beach and we’re now looking for someone energetic, social, and proactive to help us bring the brand to life on the ground. The Role You’ll be the face of BEAT during brand activations, helping guests discover and sign up for our app, guiding them through the experience, and collecting feedback to improve our service. This is a hands-on role where your personality and people skills matter most. What You’ll Do • Represent BEAT at our partner venues (starting with West Beach Club) • Encourage guests to download the app and assist with quick onboarding • Share the essence of BEAT in an authentic, friendly way • Support in-event activations and brand touchpoints • Collect guest insights to help improve the experience • Assist with small operational or marketing tasks between activations Who You Are • Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable starting conversations with strangers • Tech-friendly (able to guide someone through an app download & setup) • Positive energy and a natural ability to make people feel at ease • Interest in lifestyle, hospitality, or events is a plus • Based in Dubai.
