MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR We are looking for a proactive and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our Technical Services team. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience in maintenance operations, the ability to lead and manage a team, and a valid driving license for site visits and emergency response. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance tasks, ensuring high-quality service delivery and minimal downtime for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff and technicians. Plan, schedule, and assign maintenance work across multiple client sites. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards. Identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly and effectively. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, systems, and facilities (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general repair work). Maintain maintenance records, reports, and work logs accurately. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local regulations.
