MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR We are looking for a proactive and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our Technical Services team. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience in maintenance operations, the ability to lead and manage a team, and a valid driving license for site visits and emergency response. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance tasks, ensuring high-quality service delivery and minimal downtime for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff and technicians. Plan, schedule, and assign maintenance work across multiple client sites. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards. Identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly and effectively. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, systems, and facilities (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general repair work). Maintain maintenance records, reports, and work logs accurately. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local regulations. Liaise with clients, vendors, and contractors as needed. Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner. Manage inventory and request materials or spare parts as needed. Train and mentor junior technicians or staff under your supervision. Requirements: More than 5 years of hands-on experience in general maintenance, building services, or technical services. Prior experience supervising or leading a maintenance team. Strong technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driving license is mandatory. Flexibility to travel to various client locations or job sites as needed.

Job Purpose Perform servicing, maintenance, and repair of light vehicles and cars to ensure safety, quality, and reliability. Diagnose faults and provide efficient repair solutions. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering . Minimum 8 years of UAE experience as a Light Vehicle Mechanic / Technician. In-depth knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems. Proficiency in diagnostic scanners, technical manuals, and workshop tools. Experienced in working with multiple vehicle brands (Toyota, Mitsubishi, Nissan, and others). Ability to oversee vehicle repairs, resolve customer complaints, and ensure proper commissioning of vehicles. Strong troubleshooting, teamwork, and communication skills. UAE driving license preferred. Key Responsibilities Carry out scheduled maintenance (oil change, brake service, filter replacement, etc.). Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, suspension, steering, braking, and AC systems. Inspect and test vehicles before/after repairs. Use diagnostic equipment, manuals, and tools effectively. Record all work in job cards. Maintain tools and ensure workshop safety compliance. Support colleagues with complex repairs. Communicate repair needs and estimates to supervisors.
