You’ll be joining the NNC Growth team behind some of the largest events, conferences and  government initiatives in the UAE - where we don’t just run ads, we set standards for the world If you are a performance marketer who can analyse & gather insights like sherlock, consume content for breakfast & able to communicate ideas like on a ted talk:  you are at the right place What You’ll Do: Own and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and more. Build high-converting funnels across diverse objectives (awareness, ticket sales, leadgen etc) Analyze & report the metrics with actionable insights across all growth levers Own campaign’s success end to end - creating strategy & media plan, strategizing content, briefing creative & tech team, execute campaign and bring dive deeper into metrics to find actionable insights Strategize & conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels to drive performance improvements Requirements Strong Math & Analytics Skills: You enjoy decoding metrics drop, root cause analysis, user journeys Result Oriented Paid Marketing Experience: Don’t just know how ads manager work - but you’ve managed campaigns that have driven meaningful performance Engineering Background (Or something equally dangerous): We love folks with high logical reasoning - engineers often thrive here. But if you're not one, that’s cool - raw obsession and passion can make up for it.
