Job Description: Handle customer order issues, communicate promptly to coordinate with merchants and resolve problems. Job Requirements: - Female candidates of Chinese, Malaysian, Singaporean nationality preferred; optimistic, positive, service-oriented, careful and patient. - Able to accept shift work and rotational days off (rotating shifts once a month), including night shifts (with extra allowance). - College degree or above; relevant experience may relax educational requirements. - Proficient in office software; able to communicate orally on a daily basis; fluent in reading and writing English. - Age between 21-31; currently residing in Dubai; familiarity with Dubai’s geography and transportation is a plus. - Need to apply for company work visa and sign a formal labor contract; able to work stably for a long term.
