We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, presenting our products or services, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services Handle inbound and outbound inquiries and convert them into sales when possible Build and maintain a database of customer information Answer questions about products or the company Ask questions to understand customer needs and close sales Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service at all times Requirements : -Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects -Ability to handle rejection and stress in a fast-paced environment Contact person : Miss Pooja Contact number : +971 58 541 5123
