Job Summary: We are looking for motivated and persuasive individuals to join our call center team as Customer care Agents. This role involves contacting potential and existing customers to promote products or services, close sales, and build strong customer relationships. A confident communicator with a passion for sales will thrive in this fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers Present products or services clearly and persuasively over the phone Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets Follow up on leads and maintain customer database Handle objections and close sales professionally Record detailed information on customer interactions in the system Key Skills & Qualifications: Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets Prior telesales or Call Center experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
