We are seeking a talented Female Customer Service Executive to join our team and ensure excellent service delivery to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat. • Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information about products and services. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive and seamless experience. • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Qualifications and Requirements: • Prior experience in customer service, client relations, or a related role (preferred). • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi or Urdu. • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other customer support tools. • A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. • Self-motivated and eager to learn about the company’s products and services.
