As we expand, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our team. ⸻ Role Overview The Customer Service Agent will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer receives a smooth and positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced online retail environment. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media. • Provide accurate product information, order updates, and after-sales support. • Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and warranty claims. • Resolve complaints efficiently, escalating to management when necessary. • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and order fulfillment. • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. ⸻ Requirements • Fluent in English (spoken and written). • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. • Competent in using CRM systems, order management platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.
