Description

We are seeking an energetic and committed male employee, preferably of Indian or Sudanese nationality, with strong experience in customer service and social media communication. The ideal candidate should also be familiar with running and managing social media ad campaigns to effectively expand customer reach and drive orders. Key Responsibilities: * Communicate professionally with customers via Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms to expand and maintain a loyal customer base. * Attract and secure incoming orders, with a focus on large-scale and high-value projects. * Convince and engage potential clients using a friendly, persuasive, and customer-first approach. * Monitor and follow up on the workflow to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely completion of orders. * Take accurate customer measurements when required (training can be provided). * Use a computer to manage orders, update customer records, and maintain order tracking. * Create, manage, and optimize social media ad campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to attract new clients and promote services/products effectively. Requirements: • Basic English • Knows how to use WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic computer programs. • Good manners, honesty, and patience with customers. Salary & Benefits: • Salary: AED 1700 – 2000 (depending on skills). • Bonus for each successfully delivered order. • Stable, long-term job with training provided.
