Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. You will be the main point of contact for customers, guiding them through the buying or selling journey and ensuring an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls Guide customers through the car buying/selling process on CarSwitch. Answer questions about inspections, listings, pricing, and transfer procedures. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly. Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or a similar role (automotive experience is a plus). Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
