Guest Relations & CRM Coordinator Full-time Holiday Home Company UAE-based preferred We’re a growing holiday home company seeking a proactive and organized Guest Relations & CRM Coordinator to join our team. You’ll be the main contact for guests, manage bookings & CRM, coordinate cleaning, and ensure top-quality stays. Responsibilities: • Respond to guest inquiries (Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, etc.) • Send check-in details & assist with check-in/out • Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies • Coordinate cleaning, laundry, and final inspections • Maintain CRM records & follow up with guests for reviews • Create/manage e-permits for holiday home units Requirements: • Excellent English (Arabic a plus) • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or short-term rentals (required) • Familiarity with Airbnb/Booking.com platforms • Strong organization & multitasking skills • Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills • Positive, solution-oriented attitude • Willing to work evenings/weekends when needed Work Schedule: • 6 days a week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM We Offer: • Salary: AED 2,000 – 4,000 (based on experience) • Friendly, flexible work environment • Career growth opportunities & training • Residence visa provided Apply now with your CV!
