Key Responsibilities: Maintain holiday homes to the highest standard by cleaning, sanitizing, changing linens, restocking essentials, and ensuring properties are guest-ready before arrivals and after check-outs. Requirements: +Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience required (hotel or holiday homes is a big plus). +Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness. +Flexibility to work on weekends and during peak seasons. +Reliable, honest, and responsible. We are looking for a young, dynamic, and responsible Filipino national to join our household as a Housekeeper / Property Coordinator. This role is for one single property consisting of two attached villas located in Umm Suqeim 1, Dubai, where rooms are rented out for sharing on a long-term basis. The housemates are all single Western expats. You can live in the house (a nice, fully equipped and furnished private room is provided — live-in preferred) and help us look after the property and its tenants in a welcoming and organized way. If a room is requested to be cleaned weekly, this will be paid extra. You should also inform management of any equipment or furniture in need of repair or replacement and ensure that the housekeeping staff complies with all safety and sanitation policies. To be successful as a housekeeping supervisor, you should be able to develop and implement strategies to improve the functioning of the housekeeping department. Ultimately, an exceptional housekeeping supervisor should have excellent management skills and be able to ensure that housekeeping operations run efficiently.
