Key Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of residential or commercial properties according to Velair’s luxury service standards. Clean all assigned areas, including floors, carpets, upholstery, bathrooms, kitchens, windows, and surfaces using appropriate cleaning methods and products. Operate specialized cleaning equipment such as steam cleaners, floor polishers, and other tools safely and effectively. Handle and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly. Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, including use of eco-friendly products. Report any damages, maintenance issues, or supply needs to the supervisor promptly. Communicate politely and professionally with clients and team members. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and wear the company uniform and ID badge at all times. Respect client privacy and confidentiality at all times. Adhere to company policies on conduct, punctuality, and attendance. Attend ongoing training sessions to improve skills and knowledge. Qualifications Prior experience in professional cleaning preferred, especially in luxury or hospitality settings. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual cleaning tasks. Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. Willingness to adhere to company standards and protocols strictly.
