Central , Split ) * Able to calculate the quantities of materials and handover works to subcontractor. * Approved by Municipality & Society of Engineers. * Must have a valid UAE Driving License * should work in UAE and some time in Oman * Company will provide accommodation and company car

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all finishing activities – including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceilings, joinery, and MEP coordination – are executed to the highest quality standards and within project timelines. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all civil finishing works on-site to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth integration of finishing elements. Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of tasks related to painting, flooring, cladding, ceiling installation, and final fittings. Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality and report discrepancies or rework areas. Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, and work schedules related to finishing. Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines. Assist in procurement planning and ensure timely availability of finishing materials. Address site issues promptly and propose practical solutions. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
