Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all civil finishing works on-site to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth integration of finishing elements. Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of tasks related to painting, flooring, cladding, ceiling installation, and final fittings. Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality and report discrepancies or rework areas. Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, and work schedules related to finishing. Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines. Assist in procurement planning and ensure timely availability of finishing materials.
