The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all finishing activities – including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceilings, joinery, and MEP coordination – are executed to the highest quality standards and within project timelines. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all civil finishing works on-site to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth integration of finishing elements. Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of tasks related to painting, flooring, cladding, ceiling installation, and final fittings. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material procurement. Understand BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material requirements.
