The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all finishing activities – including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceilings, joinery, and MEP coordination – are executed to the highest quality standards and within project timelines. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all civil finishing works on-site to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth integration of finishing elements. Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of tasks related to painting, flooring, cladding, ceiling installation, and final fittings. Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality and report discrepancies or rework areas. Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, and work schedules related to finishing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting site visits, coordinating with vendors/suppliers, and handling procurement to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Conduct site visits, take accurate measurements, and prepare progress reports for residential & commercial projects. Assist the Project Manager in supervising site activities. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material procurement. Understand BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material requirements. Manage the entire procurement process (quotation, negotiation, purchase orders). Ensure all materials are delivered within budget and timelines. Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and suppliers and labours.
