ShareWe are seeking a highly skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and dessert creation, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to craft pastries that are as beautiful as they are delicious. You will be responsible for developing innovative pastry menus, managing kitchen operations related to baking, and ensuring consistent quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities Design, prepare, and present a wide variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods. Develop seasonal and innovative menu items that align with our brand and customer expectations. Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control for pastry ingredients and supplies. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen that follows all health and safety standards. Train, supervise, and motivate junior kitchen staff in pastry techniques. Monitor portion sizes, waste reduction, and cost efficiency. Stay updated with industry trends and introduce new techniques and flavors to enhance the menu. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or in a similar role. Culinary or pastry arts degree preferred (but not mandatory with strong experience). In-depth knowledge of dessert and pastry techniques, including baking, chocolate work, and sugar artistry. Creativity and passion for developing unique and high-quality pastries. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
