Role Overview We are looking for motivated and skilled individual to join our catering and kitchen team with pervious experience as Chef, Kitchen Manager, and Kitchen Staff. You will play a key part in preparing high-quality food products, supporting catering operations, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches, wraps, and salads to order. Bake fresh bread, pastries, and baked goods on a daily basis. Cut, prepare, and present fresh fruit platters and juices. Oversee daily food preparation, stock rotation, and portion control. Ensure all food produced meets quality, taste, and presentation standards. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards Assist with catering orders, packing, and delivery coordination. Support kitchen management with inventory control and ordering supplies. Train, motivate, and supervise junior kitchen staff Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen, catering, bakery, or F&B production role. Ability to make sandwiches, bake bread/pastries, and cut/prepare fruits. Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Flexibility with shifts, including early mornings and nights. Ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day kitchen operations. please not our office is in international city - please do not apply if you can not get to the office
