Job Purpose To maximize repair and service quality of the Auto Care site. Principal Accountabilities 1. TECHNICAL a. Assures that he is up to date in his job knowledge of the latest vehicles. b. Performs the following work which will include but not limited to Automotive Repair and Tire Fitting. 2. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION a. Promote integrity of the ENOC AUTO CARE name through honest and efficient service. b. Ensure the quality of workmanship on all installation and services performed the first time. c. Thoroughly explaining needed repairs to the customer so that he/she is clear on what we will do to his car. d. Ensure prompt and efficient completion of all services as promised. e. Ensure prompt and efficient completion of all services as promised so as to conform to the standard vehicle delivery time. 3. SAFETY a. Maximizes the compliance with safety audit program guidelines. b. Attain optimum store’s audit scores to improve or exceed corporate safety rankings. c. Maintain effective housekeeping to prevent safety hazards 4. PROFITABILITY a. Minimize back jobs by assuring that all work is done correctly and properly. 5. FACILITY EFFECTIVENESS a. Maintain ENOC Auto Care’s image through improvement of internal/ external appearance of the store. b. Safeguard all shop tools. c. Initiate appropriate repairs to the facility and equipment. 6. SYSTEM MANAGEMENT a. Initiate, develop, and implement either new or improved imaginative system and procedures which are required by the business or department and are in compliance with either published or customary policy. b. Assists the Senior Mechanic in evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of all the shop equipment and tools. Minimum Requirements: a) Automobile diploma/Engineering. b) At least 2-4 years knowledge and experience in Automotive repair which will cover the various fields: d) Good proficiency in written and spoken English. Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic is an advantage but not required. e) Knows how to drive. Will be required to hold a valid UAE driver's license.
