Role Description We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with HVAC site engineering experience who can handle technical, managerial, and procurement-related tasks. The candidate should have strong knowledge of HVAC systems, BOQ preparation, pricing, material sourcing, and outsourcing of labor, along with proven ability to manage site execution and workforce effectively. Qualifications Knowledge in AutoCad Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities), material take-offs, and cost estimates for HVAC works. Assist in pricing, quotations, and tender submissions for HVAC projects. Source and procure HVAC materials, equipment, and accessories as per project requirements. Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely delivery and cost efficiency. Arrange and manage outsourced labor teams for project requirements when necessary. Supervise and monitor the installation of HVAC systems (Chilled Water, DX, VRF, Package Units, Ducting, Piping, Insulation, etc.). Lead and manage site teams (engineers, supervisors, foremen, and technicians) to ensure productivity and compliance with project schedules. Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently. Review HVAC drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings for execution. Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve site issues. Conduct site inspections, enforce quality standards, and ensure safety compliance. Support in testing, balancing, and commissioning of HVAC systems. Prepare progress reports, daily logs, and assist in as-built documentation.
