Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead the operations of our car showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth for the branch. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Growth • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the branch. • Develop and execute strategies to increase vehicle sales, accessories, and after-sales services. • Monitor local market trends and implement competitive sales strategies. Team Leadership & Management • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance. • Assign individual sales targets and review team performance regularly. • Conduct coaching sessions to improve negotiation and closing skills. Customer Relationship Management • Ensure superior customer experience in all showroom dealings. • Build long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients. • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution. Showroom Operations & Administration • Oversee daily showroom operations, including display, inventory, and test drives. • Coordinate with service, finance, and insurance teams for a seamless customer experience. • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and ethical sales practices. Our studio works exclusively in the super-luxury segment, providing top-tier service for high-end vehicles. Key Responsibilities: • Perform full-body PPF installations on premium vehicles with exceptional precision in both ways bulk installation and pre-cut template installation. • Work with various types of PPF, including gloss, matte, and color films, ensuring flawless coverage without visible edges or imperfections. • Prepare vehicle surfaces properly before film application to achieve long-lasting, high-quality results. • Handle complex installations, including door jambs, bumpers, and intricate parts, ensuring a seamless finish with no gaps or exposed paint. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all safety and quality standards. • Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines while preserving the highest level of craftsmanship. Requirements: • Proven experience as a PPF installer in the premium or luxury automotive sector. • Strong knowledge of different PPF materials and advanced installation techniques. • Ability to handle color-change PPF projects with disassembly and reassembly of vehicle parts when necessary. • Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively.
