Conduct a preliminary inspection of the vehicle with TAB, photos and KM Note down all reported and observed issues. Take vehicle pictures for inventory Open a job card with the customer’s reported issues. (Use tab) Make sure with customer any other issues. (if required arrange a test drive with customer) and Customer signature Request wait to customer lounge Assign and hand over the job card to the FLOOR CONTROLLER Collect detailed inspection report findings from the floor team within 1 hrs Share the required parts list with the spare parts team. (in WA group) Details needed for price Confirm price and availability of required parts. Prepare a detailed cost estimation (parts & labor). TimeAfter Reciving parts Price Share estimation to customer and status change to waiting for approval Discuss and confirm the estimation with the customer. Update and confirm delivery time with the customer based on parts availability and work schedule. Once the repair is completed, update the job card status to Ready for Delivery. At the time of delivery, update the status to Vehicle Out. Prepare and issue the final invoice to the customer. Ensure all documents are updated and filed properly.
