Service Advisor – Car care workshop. Location: Dubai Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED 3000AED to 6000 Aed per month + commission Candidate Requirements (Must-Have 5 years experience ): • Proven knowledge and understanding of car detailing, ceramic coating, PPF and window tinting. BODY SHOP • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a car care company. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: • Greet customers professionally in line with compnay standards. • Inspect and document any scratches, dents, or damages on the vehicle before service (booking-in sheet/job card). • Create accurate job cards based on service requirements. • Ensure correct entry of customer details into the system. • Coordinate with the workshop team to meet service deadlines. • Provide customers with regular updates on service progress. • Ensure all manufacturer/service campaigns are completed for each job. • Conduct a final inspection of the vehicle before customer pickup. • Personally hand over the vehicle to the customer. • Maintain flexible working hours based on operational needs. • Strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention. • Address and resolve customer complaints professionally. • Maintain clear and courteous communication with customers at all.
