Lazer Dry Ice is a classic car repair, and restoration formed two years ago. Following a successful period of growth, the company now looks to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join their small team in Dubai Investment Park 2, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for classic vehicles and a proven experience as a Service Advisor. The position is available immediately, and the salary package will depend upon the candidate’s skills and experience. The workshop premises are based in Zedklym Compound DIP 2 Dubai Job title: Automotive service advisor Job type: Permanent, Monday to Saturday Location: Dip 2 Dubai Salary: starting from 5000 Aed or higher for more skilled candidates + annual holidays, medical insurance and flight home every 2 years. Detailed Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism. Service Coordination: Collaborate with technicians to determine the necessary repairs and maintenance. Prepare detailed job cards and service orders, including parts requirements. Paperwork and Administration: Prepare invoices and ensure accuracy in billing. Manage appointment scheduling and ensure efficient workflow. Other Responsibilities: Contribute to marketing efforts to promote the garage's services. Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using workshop management software.
