Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead the operations of our car showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth for the branch. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Growth • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the branch. • Develop and execute strategies to increase vehicle sales, accessories, and after-sales services. • Monitor local market trends and implement competitive sales strategies. Team Leadership & Management • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance. • Assign individual sales targets and review team performance regularly. • Conduct coaching sessions to improve negotiation and closing skills. Customer Relationship Management • Ensure superior customer experience in all showroom dealings. • Build long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients. • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution. Showroom Operations & Administration • Oversee daily showroom operations, including display, inventory, and test drives. • Coordinate with service, finance, and insurance teams for a seamless customer experience. • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and ethical sales practices. Reporting & Coordination • Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis. • Report branch performance and challenges to senior management. • Liaise with marketing to execute promotions and campaigns at the branch level. ________________________________________ Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • In-depth knowledge of car sales processes, financing, and insurance. • Ability to analyze sales data and prepare actionable insights. • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving approach. ________________________________________ Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role at Dubai Auto Zone (Dubai, UAE). • Track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams. • Knowledge of the local automotive market and customer preferences. ________________________________________ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • Achievement of branch sales targets (units sold, revenue, profit margins). • Customer satisfaction and retention rate. • Sales team performance and turnover rate. • Conversion ratio (leads to sales). • Effective showroom operations and compliance. ________________________________________ English, Arabic & French Language Speaker.
