Job Description: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for design, in-depth knowledge of furniture and space planning, and proficiency in advanced design software. Sales knowledge will be considered an advantage. Key Responsibilities: • Consult with clients to understand their requirements, style preferences, and budgets. • Develop design concepts and present them through mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings. • Design and visualize furniture layouts for showrooms, residential, and commercial spaces. • Select and specify materials, colors, fabrics, and finishes to align with product offerings. • Prepare detailed drawings and technical specifications using industry-standard software. • Collaborate with the production and sales teams to ensure design feasibility and client satisfaction. • Manage timelines to ensure projects are delivered efficiently. • Stay updated on interior trends and innovative furniture design concepts. Educational Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Fine Arts, or related field. • Certification or membership in recognized design organizations is a plus. Experience Requirements: • 1 to 5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in the furniture/manufacturing sector. Additional Requirements: • Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, D5 Render, V-Ray, Photoshop, After Effects. • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. • Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills. • Sales knowledge and customer-facing experience is an advantage.
