Interior Designer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer with strong technical and creative capabilities. The ideal candidate must be able to develop innovative design concepts while also preparing detailed technical drawings, BOQs, and authority-compliant documentation. Key Responsibilities: Create and develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings. Prepare and review technical drawings, shop drawings, and 3D visualizations. Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material specifications for projects. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure design feasibility and execution. Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback. Source and recommend appropriate finishes, materials, and furnishings. Ensure compliance with local authority requirements and industry standards. Manage project documentation and maintain accuracy across design and technical submissions. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum [3–5] years of professional experience in interior design (preferably in UAE). Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop (or equivalent software). Proven knowledge of BOQ preparation, technical detailing, and construction drawings.
