ShareWe are looking an experienced Project In Charge (Fit Out – Interior Design) to lead and deliver high-end commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities > Lead, manage, and coordinate interior design projects from initiation to handover. > Collaborate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. > Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. > Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. > Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors. > Resolve project-related issues promptly and efficiently. > Ensure timely delivery of projects within allocated budgets. > Prepare project schedules and resource allocation plans. > Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, Prepare and submit progress reports > Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and handover files for management and clients.
