Job Description: Administrative & Accounts Assistant Responsibilities: Draft, prepare, and manage contracts in coordination with internal departments and external parties. Prepare and issue cheques for vendors, suppliers, and other business-related payments. Handle all utility payments (electricity, water, internet, etc.) ensuring timely processing to avoid service disruption. Perform general office administrative tasks including filing, document management, scheduling, and correspondence. Support day-to-day accounting operations such as data entry, maintaining ledgers, processing invoices, and reconciling statements. Assist in maintaining accurate records for financial transactions and preparing reports for management as needed. Should supervise and manage the company overall with in management.
