We are a growing company based in Dubai looking for a reliable Accounting Assistant with strong admin skills and working knowledge of Zoho Books (or similar cloud accounting tools). This position is ideal for candidates who can manage invoicing, data entry, and daily office support tasks. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain company accounts • Manage Zoho Books • Create and issue invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner • Monitor incoming emails, respond to queries, and organize correspondence • Assist the senior accountant with VAT filing preparation • Compile and organize invoices, receipts, and supporting documents for monthly reporting • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks including data entry and payment tracking • Maintain digital and physical records in an organized filing system Requirements: • 1–2 years of UAE experience in a similar role • Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar software • Good command of MS Excel, Word, and email handling • Attention to detail, multitasking, and time management
