The successful candidate should bring strong expertise in real estate accounting within the UAE and ideally hold a CMA qualification. Responsibilities Oversee the full accounting cycle including general ledger, bank reconciliations, profit and loss, and balance sheet finalization. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow forecasts. Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other financial regulations. Manage accounts payable, receivable, and overall cash flow. Coordinate with banks, auditors, and external authorities. Support management with budgeting, financial analysis, and feasibility studies for property projects. Maintain effective internal controls and manage ERP-based accounting processes (Odoo preferred). Requirements CMA qualification (preferred). Minimum of 3–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE. Prior experience in the real estate sector is essential. Strong understanding of UAE VAT, MIS reporting, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and MS Excel.
