Prestigious Catering Business has an immediate opening for an Account Assistant, preferably with School/ Events/Hospitality/Sales experience, however, not essential. Can work independently and work within time guidelines Responsibilities and Duties • Reconcile daily Cashless top-ups and expenditure recording in Mastercook accounting records to Odoo parent/student records. • Ensure correct accounting of all company computerized payment receipts: o Bank Transfers o Direct receipts in Coffee shop card machines. • Manage the correct functioning of all Mastercook IT hardware & Software; Apple, Android & Windows based. • Monitoring all Customer/Client Request and Complaint in Odoo Helpdesk. • Making sure System is up to date and Office and School, and assisting Team Leader on their day-to-day process and transactions. • Manage all IT related inventories. • Maintain the Mastercook IT Fixed Assets records and ensure the safe keeping on a regular basis. Qualifications Bullet points you may want to include are: • At least 2 years experience in similar position. • Degree or appropriate technical IT qualification. • Microsoft Office proficient • Knowledge on the CRM and ERP system. • Fluency in English Language. • Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple nationalities. Responsible self-starter, self-driven, energetic and ambitious with excellent communication skills. Committed to the highest levels of personalised service and client satisfaction. UAE driving license is beneficial. We offer an excellent package that will include a fixed basic salary plus housing and travel allowance.

MBA or Master’s degree preferred. - Professional Certification: CPA, CFA, or ACCA strongly preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. - Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). - Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. - Knowledge: Strong understanding of tax regulations, and financial auditing standards. - Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. - Experience in specific industry, e.g., Trading, Manufacturing, Real Estate. - Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization specifically Odoo. - Exposure to international finance or multi-currency operations.
