Injection Molding Expert – Plant Setup Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced injection molding expert to lead the setup and full-scale operation of our new plastic molding facility. The candidate must have 10–15 years of hands-on experience, especially in manufacturing large plastic containers (heavy-duty / industrial grade). Responsibilities include machine selection, layout planning, vendor coordination, mold design review, production trials, and process optimization. Should be capable of building and training the technical team, setting SOPs, and ensuring product quality as per international standards. Must have knowledge of robotic integration, tooling, raw material selection, and certification processes (e.g., IP67, UN, MIL-STD). Will work closely with management to ensure timely project execution and cost-effective operations. Experience in Middle East or export-based manufacturing is an added advantage.
