Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the academic, facilities, and operations teams to identify procurement needs (school supplies, lab equipment, building materials, HVAC, IT hardware, AMC services). Prepare RFQs, evaluate vendor proposals, and execute cost-effective sourcing strategies. Review technical specs and ensure items/services meet MOE, KHDA, and safety compliance where required. Manage procurement of infrastructure, utilities, and civil/MEP support for school buildings and renovations. Maintain accurate procurement records, delivery logs, and supplier performance data. Coordinate with finance and stores for budgeting, POs, and inventory alignment. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or timelines. Ensure vendor contracts, warranties, and AMCs are compliant, valid, and monitored.
