Position Overview: Bridge business and technical requirements for financial technology products, ensuring compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and local market needs. Key Responsibilities: Translate UAE financial regulations into technical requirements Manage product backlogs for digital banking or payment solutions Work with development teams on Sharia-compliant financial products Coordinate with UAE banks for API integrations and partnerships Ensure products comply with UAE Central Bank's FinTech regulatory sandbox requirements Conduct user acceptance testing with UAE customer segments Qualifications Required: 6+ years as Product Owner in FinTech or financial services Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Understanding of UAE financial regulations and payment systems Experience with Arabic digital interface requirements Knowledge of blockchain/cryptocurrency regulations in UAE Bachelor's degree in Finance/Computer Science
