The project is a collaboration between Binghatti and luxury automotive company Mercedes-Benz. Residents will have views of the Burj Khalifa and the Downtown Dubai skyline. The tower will feature smart home technologies with "intelligent mobility solutions." The architecture is inspired by Mercedes-Benz’s design philosophy of "Sensual Purity." The tower will stand at a height of 341 metres. The design of the tower is intended to reflect the sleek aesthetics of Mercedes-Benz cars, indicated by a distinctive elliptical exterior. The tower offer mixed-use facilities, including restaurants, wellness zones, and exhibition spaces, paired with advanced mobility solutions such as EV charging and automated valet parking. The project will comprise 150 residences. Apartments come with energy-efficient features. Photovoltaic panels on the rear façade provide power to the electric vehicle charging stations. Materials selected for the construction and interior finishes include travertine, walnut wood, stucco paint, satin chrome, leather, and black gloss glass.
