Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing store operations, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales while ensuring a high level of service and store presentation. Key Responsibilities: Store Management: Clean and maintain store hygiene daily. Keep displays neat and organized to ensure a great shopping experience. Inventory and Pricing Management: Review inventory and price lists daily. Sell products according to the latest price list. Verify and send invoice details to the warehouse only after confirmation. Ensure customers check product quantity and quality upon delivery. Customer Relationship Maintenance: Contact customers daily to follow up on inquiries, recommend products, update samples, and collect feedback. Regularly update the customer list and ratings. Social Media Promotion: Post clear, appealing product and installation images daily on Instagram and Facebook to boost brand visibility. Transportation Service Coordination: Offer paid transportation services, communicate costs, confirm delivery details, and share transportation information with customers. Order Management: Confirm order details, collect deposits, and send orders to relevant departments. Track order progress to ensure timely delivery. After-Sales Service: Address after-sales requests patiently. Resolve issues related to product quality, transportation, or installation, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities: Cut, bend, and fix steel bars and mesh for reinforced concrete structures. Read and follow construction drawings and bar bending schedules. Tie rebar using hand tools or machinery. Ensure correct alignment, spacing, and support of reinforcement.
