Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to support the CEO in managing both business and personal priorities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare agendas, presentations, and documentation for meetings.
Handle confidential correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO.
Operational & Administrative Tasks
Track deadlines, tasks, and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow.
Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
Personal Support
Assist with personal errands, appointments, and family-related arrangements.
Handle personal travel, events, and logistics when required.
Communication & Liaison
Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external parties.
Draft, proofread, and manage emails, letters, and reports.
Ensure timely communication and professional representation of the CEO.
Project Coordination
Support in managing special projects, research tasks, and follow-ups.
Track deliverables and ensure accountability from all parties.
