Position Overview: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) As the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for driving the company’s commercial success across Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Affairs, with a strong focus on advancing adoption and revenue growth in the rapidly emerging market of Medical Equipments and Pharmaceuticals like Rare Diseases. Working closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, you will design, implement, and measure the company’s overall commercial strategy. You will also build and lead a high-performing team that delivers on all aspects of sales execution, marketing innovation, clinical education, and customer support for the company’s medical technologies. Your credibility and track record position you as a recognized leader in the medical device industry, with deep experience working alongside clinical, academic, and industry stakeholders—including key opinion leaders, clinical investigators, policymakers, and regulators. Your expertise in market development, commercialization, and clinical integration will be vital to the company’s mission of improving patient outcomes and expanding global access to life-saving solutions. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Lead the commercial organization, overseeing Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Support functions. • Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to define and execute commercialization strategies that drive rapid market adoption and sustained revenue growth. • Recruit, develop, and manage a world-class commercial team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and innovation. • Engage with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, academic institutions, and regulatory bodies to accelerate clinical acceptance and adoption. • Develop and adapt market access strategies, including pricing, reimbursement, and health economics, to ensure alignment with evolving healthcare systems. • Monitor competitive and clinical landscapes to anticipate challenges and shape strategic positioning. • Drive evidence-based marketing programs and clinical education initiatives that emphasize improved clinical outcomes and value creation. • Play a key role in creating strategic value for potential acquirers and partners, ensuring the company’s long-term growth and positioning. ⸻ Qualifications • Proven leadership experience in medical device commercialization, including sales, marketing, and clinical affairs. • Demonstrated success in new market creation and growth, ideally within trauma, vascular, or other high-acuity care markets. • Established network of relationships with clinical investigators, healthcare leaders, and regulators. • Expertise in healthcare economics, reimbursement models, and value-based healthcare. • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at the executive, clinical, and policy-making levels. • Track record of building, mentoring, and scaling commercial teams in high-growth environments. ⸻ Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
