Requirements A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Plastic Surgeon. Medical degree and valid medical licensing with board certification. Extensive knowledge and practical experience in reconstructive surgery. Solid understanding of common medications, their side effects, and contraindications. Exceptional skills in patient care and management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and a patient-focused approach.
