BlackStone eIT, a prominent player in the computer software industry, is seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for our software products. You will work closely with product teams, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that user needs are at the forefront of our designs. By leveraging user research, interaction design principles, and visual design standards, you will create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance user satisfaction and engagement. Your leadership will play a key role in driving design quality and ensuring the implementation of best practices across projects. You will also stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies, integrating them into your work while continuously advocating for user-centered design. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX and UI design, along with a solid understanding of how design impacts user interaction and business objectives. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role. • Proven portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects that demonstrate both process and outcomes. • Proficiency with design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. • Experience in conducting user research, creating personas, and running usability tests. • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and deliver polished visual designs. • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills to present design ideas clearly and effectively. • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage. Assist with budgeting and performance analysis of real estate assets. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Familiarity with real estate operations, leasing, and property tax regulations Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) Analytical and detail-oriented Strong Excel skills and ability to work with financial models Excellent organizational and communication skills Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA (preferred) 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional site visits May be required to work extra hours during financial closing periods or audits
