BlackStone eIT is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the quality assurance efforts for our software projects, ensuring that products meet the highest standards before release. You will collaborate closely with developers and product managers to design and implement comprehensive test plans, conduct reviews, and oversee the testing process. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, innovative in their approach to testing, and passionate about ensuring the best user experience through quality software. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance. Expertise in both manual and automated testing methods. Familiarity with testing frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, or Cucumber. Strong understanding of API testing using tools such as Postman or RestAssured. Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner. Ability to analyze requirements and develop test cases accordingly. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Assist with audits and ensure compliance with IFRS or other applicable accounting standards. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow from multiple properties and prepare forecasts. Liaise with banks for reconciliations, loan payments, and interest calculations. Support to Property/Asset Managers: Provide financial data to support decision-making for acquisitions, leasing, or property sales. Assist with budgeting and performance analysis of real estate assets. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Familiarity with real estate operations, leasing, and property tax regulations Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) Analytical and detail-oriented Strong Excel skills and ability to work with financial models Excellent organizational and communication skills Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA (preferred) 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional site visits May be required to work extra hours during financial closing periods or audits
