Job Summary: Urgently address guest and department appeals, effectively distribute essential items using a transport wagon, and strictly adhere to stringent room entry procedures. Substitute guest room comforts, fabrics, and terry, sustain hygiene with bathroom cleansing and waste elimination, and scrutinize room machinery while ensuring furniture is systematically arranged. Communicate safety and maintenance concerns, sustain professionalism, and offer exceptional assistance, particularly to guests with specialized requirements. Cooperate with your crew to realize collective objectives and maintain excellence criteria, necessitating physical prowess to manipulate objects and apparatus. Main Duties & Responsibility Cleaning and Maintenance · Your daily tasks involve the meticulous cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and behind-the-scenes spaces in strict accordance with our company's established cleanliness and maintenance standards. You are responsible for creating a pristine and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Restocking · Maintaining the highest standards of comfort, you will be in charge of replenishing all guest room amenities, linens, and supplies. This includes ensuring that each room is not only fully equipped but also presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner, making each guest's experience exceptional. Room Inspections · A keen eye for detail is essential as you conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms. You'll verify that all appliances and fixtures are in excellent working condition, providing our guests with a seamless and trouble-free stay. Additionally, you'll ensure that furniture is thoughtfully arranged, contributing to the overall ambiance of the room. Guest Service · A commitment to delivering impeccable customer service is paramount. You will promptly respond to guest requests, going above and beyond to meet their specific needs. Your interactions with our guests will be marked by professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine desire to enhance their experience. Safety and Reporting · Guest safety is of utmost importance.
