Assist customers with selecting flowers and design arrangements tailored to their needs. Care for and maintain the freshness of the flowers, ensuring quality products. Manage floral inventory, placing orders and receiving supplies in a timely manner. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or concerns professionally. Collaborate with team members to develop new floral designs and concepts. Keep the floral shop tidy and organized, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers. Monitor floral market trends to keep offerings fresh and innovative. Prepare arrangements and installations on-site when required for events. Manage and fulfill online and in-store orders efficiently and accurately. Ensure that all floral arrangements meet company quality standards and customer expectations. Conduct floral demonstrations or workshops to engage with the community and build brand loyalty. Requirements Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar design-related role. Strong artistic and creative skills with an eye for detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively for peak seasons. Knowledge of different types of flowers, greenery, and floral design techniques. Physical stamina is necessary for long periods of standing and working with flowers. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
