Build high-converting funnels across diverse objectives (awareness, ticket sales, leadgen etc) Analyze & report the metrics with actionable insights across all growth levers Own campaign’s success end to end - creating strategy & media plan, strategizing content, briefing creative & tech team, execute campaign and bring dive deeper into metrics to find actionable insights Strategize & conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels to drive performance improvements Requirements Strong Math & Analytics Skills: You enjoy decoding metrics drop, root cause analysis, user journeys Result Oriented Paid Marketing Experience: Don’t just know how ads manager work - but you’ve managed campaigns that have driven meaningful performance Engineering Background (Or something equally dangerous): We love folks with high logical reasoning - engineers often thrive here. Your Role Will Include: 1. Social Media Marketing * Create daily content (posts, reels, stories, shorts) for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube * Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness * Shoot/edit videos and photos using mobile apps (Canva, InShot, CapCut, etc.) * Run promotional campaigns, contests, and ads 2. Digital & eCommerce Marketing * Manage online stores: Amazon, Noon, Talabat * List, update, and optimize product listings * Track orders, manage inventory, and reply to customer queries * Maintain product images, prices, and descriptions 3.
