Handling calls for Zulekha Hospitals Dubai/Sharjah and Zulekha Medical Center Giving appointments as per the availability of the Doctor's timings Cancelling and rescheduling the appointments as per patients request Educating the patients about various campaigns and services offered by Zulekha Hospitals Booking Fast track appointments Clarifying patients doubts and guiding them accordingly Online Booking Resolve customer complaints efficiently by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions, thus improving retention rates. Demonstrate adaptability by handling high call volumes and various customer issues while maintaining composure and professionalism. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate with Min 1 year relevant experience Strong Communications skills Good Interpersonal skills Teamwork Bilingual Language skills
