Job Description: We are hiring Customer Service / Call Centre Representatives on a 2-month contract. The ideal candidate should be a native Arabic speaker with strong communication skills and customer service experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Arabic and English. Provide accurate product and order information to customers. Resolve complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and issue resolution. Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies during all customer interactions. Desired Candidate Profile Native Arabic speaker (mandatory). Own visa with at least 7 months validity (mandatory). Previous customer service or call center experience preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Flexible to work in rotational shifts, 6 days a week.

Collaboration with internal teams and vendors is expected. Good understanding of Infrastructure Observability / Monitoring.
